Open Exploration Relaxation Week

This week is offered as a continuation of the Basic Week. We invite you to come and deepen the experience with sangha and painting that you made in the first week.

You can book this week either as addition after the first week from 26 May-1 June or if you have attended the retreat last year.

Please read carefully the description and information before booking your spot ↓

Description

“With their minds focused on Me and their lives centred upon Me, they inspire one another. By always speaking of My glory, they derive bliss and contentment.”Bhagavad Gita Chapter 10 Verse 9

In this second week, we will delve deeper into the sangha experience. We’ll cook together and have more time to explore the surrounding area. The painting journey continues, with a focus on deepening the experiences from the first week and applying the skills learned from Niraja Dasi. While she will still be available as your guide, ready to assist whenever needed, she will take a step back, allowing you to dive deeper into your own creative space.

The program will largely remain similar to the first ‘Basic Week,’ featuring Atma Kriya Yoga, morning meditation, and puja.

In the evenings, prepare to be enriched by interactive sangha satsangs.

Throughout the day, our painting continues in the olive garden, constantly inspired by the breathtaking view over the sea towards Turtle Island.

“It was so very restful to take time to dive into painting for days on end. It helped me let go of my daily duties and to discover the restorative value of playtime in the company of like-minded spiritual women. And now, it all comes back again whenever I look up from my duties and get to gaze upon my beloved ishtadeva, Radha Krisha” – Aruni from USA living in SPN Ashram Germany

Teacher

Swamini Drishti

Swamini Drishti first met Guruji in the year 2000. One of His first Darshan events ever was held in her home in Idstein. She also organized Guruji’s initial events in Germany. Despite being primarily involved in organizing events with Guruji since then, painting has always been close to her heart. In fact, she started painting Sri Yantras with Guruji as early as 2000 and later engaged in intense icon painting at the first Ashram in Steffenshof, Germany.

Through her paintings, Swamini Drishti has experienced a unique connection to the divine that she could not find in any other way. She believes that painting a deity or a saint helps create a deeper understanding and connection with the divine.

Niraja Dasi

Niraja Dasi has been drawing and painting passionately since childhood. Her paintings can be found in Shree Peetha Nilaya and Shree Vitthal Dham Ashrams as well as private temples, inspired by spiritual aspects of life, moments of love and beauty.

She travels the world and has created murals of Rukhmini/Vitthala (approx. 3 x 5m), Sri Radha and Tulsidevi in Mexico, Vishnu/Krishna/Mahavatar Babaji (approx. 6 x 2.2m) in South Africa, and “Lotus Flowers” (11m high and 7m wide) in Austria.

Niraja Dasi likes to express the lightness of being, the beauty of nature, and humanity, with a focus on positivity and inspiration in all her art.

“As I drew the second picture, it felt as if someone else was guiding my hand. Each stroke of the brush was the result of something unexpected, but in the end it was a symbol from the heart.” – Renate from Latvia

“It was a joyful time there. We were all able to accept each other as we were, and I think we all learned a lot from each other. And Guruji’s blessing was always felt over everything. My picture now hangs in the hallway and when I come out of the bedroom in the morning, Krishna beams at me with joy and my heart soars.” – Iris from Germany
