Description
A Journey Together
The essence of Sangha is walking together — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. In challenging times, people come together to lift each other up. This retreat is a shared journey through breathtaking landscapes and inner spaces, guided by devotion, silence, and joy. We will embrace nature as our temple — the sun, the wind, the rain — not as obstacles, but as companions. Through Bhakti and Sangha, we transform challenges into devotion and find peace in simplicity. Every moment becomes a prayer, every step a reminder: we are never alone. “It is often through challenges—both physical and mental—that we demonstrate the strength of our path and how deeply our Guru’s teachings are rooted within us.” — Shraddhananda “Every moment is remembrance of the greatness of God and Gurudev, and all the gifts we have; life itself is a gift.” — Swami AniruddhaWhat to Expect
This is a beautiful and rewarding hike through nature, accessible to anyone with a good basic level of fitness. The path is well-marked and safe — not dangerous — and each day brings inspiring views and peaceful surroundings. We’ll walk approximately 10-15 kilometers per day, with an elevation gain of around 500-1000 meters. Over the course of the journey, we’ll cover more than 55 kilometers, mostly above 2000 meters, with some days reaching heights over 2500 meters. Two of the nights will be spent camping under the stars, so you’ll need some basic gear: a mat, sleeping bag, warm layered clothing, and ideally a small tent for rain protection. It’s a gentle adventure that brings you back to nature, breath, and the simple joy of presence — all within a supportive and uplifting Sangha. The Spiritual Flow
